I’m excited to share that Alphatax has acquired the Dutch company Intra Pricing Solutions; their product, TPGenie, is a transfer pricing platform for multinationals and advisors. It helps reduce audit risk, strengthen compliance, and lower operational costs through intelligent automation and AI.
It closely follows our acquisition of TP Accurate, another transfer pricing company, last month.
This investment represents another step in our strategy to increase the depth and breadth of our existing portfolio, expand our presence globally, and continue to build the world’s first tax operating system: AlphataxOS.
More importantly, it’s an acquisition that delivers immediate value for our customers.
TPGenie has been the all-in-one platform for creating, managing, and maintaining transfer pricing documentation, for more than a decade.
